This course is designed to give trainees an understanding of scaffolding components, forms of construction and inspection procedures of basic access scaffolds, to comply with current legislation and Codes of Practice.
The course will give trainees a thorough understanding of:Regulations and approved Codes of Practice, scaffolding terminology, tubes, boards and fittings, ladders, gin wheels and ropes, scaffold ties.
Construction regulations and recommendations of basic scaffolds to include:Independent, putlog, birdcage, towers, system scaffolds, fans
Practical inspection and reports.
